Pre-registered workshops will be held Friday, June 24, 2022. These workshops will be posted as the information arrives.

Workshop # 1: Chaussons aux Pommes    
 

 

 
Description: Who doesn't love a sweet and buttery apple turnover?! 
In this class, you will learn the art of French pastry - in miniature.
Using polymer clay, a little chalk dust and some very basic techniques and tools, you can make dozens of these tasty treats to fill the shelves of your Patisserie.  These simple methods can easily be transferred to making French style breads and other pastries.
Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Price: $45.00
Students Bring: All materials and tools required will be supplied by the teacher.
Additional lighting and magnification is helpful.
Feel free to bring a platter or plate for your creations if you wish.

Workshop # 2: Suzette

Description:  Student will make this charming "French" waitress. They will learn lace piecing, and how to assemble, dress and wig a porcelain doll.
Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Price: $133.00
Students Bring: Needle and thread (black and white); sharp scissors for fabric and paper, Aleene's Original Tacky glue; 12" ruler, tweezers.
Wet wipes and a personal light are optional if needed.

Workshop # 3: Very Mary

Description:  We will wallpaper, add flooring and shingle the "roof".  You will add the colors to your table legs and posts (they will be base-coated).  I provide the red, yellow, green, and black you see - feel free to bring other colors. We'll accessorize the table and shelf, "plant" the garden, and add birdhouses.  If you hate detail painting, let me know and I will pre-do yours.
Time: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Price: $100.00
Students Bring: Detail brushes, sharp scissors, x-acto knife, tacky glue, wallpaper glue and brush, toothpicks or glue applicator.
